Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using My AI Wallet ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

Description of Service

My AI Wallet is a mobile application that helps you organize, track, and manage gift cards, coupons, vouchers, loyalty cards, and receipts. The App uses AI technology to scan and extract information from documents.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to damage, disable, or impair the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or other accounts
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or destructive code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and logos, is owned by the Operator and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as receipt images). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the App's services.

Third-Party Services & AI

AI Processing

The App uses external AI services to process documents and images. When you use AI-powered features, your content may be transmitted to third-party AI providers.

Authentication

The App integrates with Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In, subject to their respective terms.

Wolly AI Assistant

The App includes an AI chat assistant ("Wolly") that provides information and suggestions about your wallet. Wolly's responses are AI-generated and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-powered features (scanning, Wolly) may produce inaccurate results.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time using the "Delete Account" feature in Settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases and we may delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Israel.

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis, not as part of a class action, where permitted by law.
